tsuprem仿真IGBT的翻转后找不到表面exposed的问题

在mesh和initial以后，把器件翻转过来进行注入和扩散，会提示找不到表面，定义了boudary以后，这一步注入和扩散能正常进行了，但是接下来我要长场氧的工艺就又出现错误，求大牛指教啊！

网格有问题，所以会出现triangle的问题。

迟来

这个问题我也遇到过。
TS4只能定义一面为曝光面（上下左右），而且整个程序过程中不能更改，因此翻转后曝光面不变。
建议：单独仿真背部，提取杂质分布。然后在MEDICI中直接定义掺杂分布。
