very simple  sentaurus is the combination of Ise and other company.... where silvaco is standalone but not good for high accuracy...just for university research working...i think sentaurus is the best for research and company working.... so r u satisfied.

its a good question.
At first i thought it would be.....but you see ISEXtract and some feature like medeci and taurus come from tma company can be linked with sentaurus...they create paramos..siesmos ...famos..and other product with they prohibit outside like sentaurus lithography and topography..........combined all these would be much bigger than ISE definitely...
