Overview
This Account Executive / Senior Account Executive will be based in Shanghai, joining an elite sales organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to ####’s customers.  As part of our dynamic sales team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and ####'s overall position in the semiconductor market. This position will have high visibility within all departments of #### and requires account ownership and accountability.
Reporting structure
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Tasks and responsibilities
·         Understand the MNC decision makers, org charts, product roadmap and relationship map worldwide, and build local penetration plans.
·         Innovative and responsible sales executive who can execute successful global industrial account sales strategies.
·         Effectively communication with customers, build up strong customer relationship map from executive to working level purchasing.
·         Actively working with GAE (Global Account Executive) and BUs to promote #### solutions to local RD teams and achieve the design in plan.
·         Conduct sales process and be a trust advisor to customers.
·         Promote customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and skills
·         All candidates must have a Bachelor degree in E/E, tier 1 universities preferred.
·         3+ year’s multinational company sales role.
·         Proven track record of managing global accounts.
·         Experience and success selling in team sale environments.
·         Proven ability to generate a plan to ensure deep penetration in global accounts.
