职位描述 1.协助团队负责人根据未来业务需要做好组织人才招聘及人才储备; 2.协助团队负责人为团队成员提供符合职业规划及个人特点的的发展机会并确保团队成员的能力发展符合当前及未来的需要; 3.支持业务团队发展组织能力及内部顺畅沟通; 4.做好组织内部的员工培训和绩效; 5.及时了解员工动向及收集员工反馈,以持续改进公司内部人力资源的业务支持和流程优化; 6.及时为员工提供专业的职业发展建议和咨询,以帮助员工融入公司及快速成长; 7.完成公司整体人力资源政策在所负责团队的落地执行。
任职条件 1.8年以上HR多模块经验,有内容行业成功HRBP经验; 2.擅长招聘、员工关系、培训、绩效;
3.沟通协调能力优秀。
