关于GSMC13_Digital工艺库的疑问，求助！！！

小弟最近用上述GSMC13_Digital工艺库做数字后端的时候发现库的文件不全。我用的是synopsys公司的ICC进行CTS时，因为库中没有.tluplus或者.itf以及mapfile导致无法继续。。。。
后端TECH文件夹只有以下的文件
   不知道有没有前辈用过这个工艺库啊？？？

(3) Calibre LVS command files

(4) Virtuoso tech file, mapping file and display file
