能熟练运用各种质量工具与手法
主导质量体系维护，参与公司流程优化及质量改善工作，内/外部审核
熟悉公司各部门运作流程，对质量各环节操作熟悉（体系，市场，研发，来料，制程，出货）
处理各种质量异常，客户投诉处理
管理好质量部门工作，并与其他部门建立良好的合作关系
参与供应商开发，考核和评审管理
定期开展质量宣导，质量考核，质量改进等活动。
