请问大家，问什么一个单管共源放大器的单位带宽（unity bandwidth）大约为gm/Cgs. 能否帮大致计算一下，谢过了

correct. you can just imagine that when at high frequency, the transistor is like shorted to the ground by the Cgs, and like how we calculate where the pole is, the r for this pole is 1/gm, and the C is Cgs, so it becomes1/[(1/gm)*Cgs]=gm/Cgs

谢谢大家，但是不懂w-3dB=-1/(R*Cgs), 这里R肯定是load的电阻负载，他和Cgs也不在同一个节点上。当然在高频的时候，也不能把Cgd看成短路。因为在饱和区，Cgd小于Cgs。还是有点不明白。谢谢继续指导
