correct. you can just imagine that when at high frequency, the transistor is like shorted to the ground by the Cgs, and like how we calculate where the pole is, the r for this pole is 1/gm, and the C is Cgs, so it becomes1/[(1/gm)*Cgs]=gm/Cgs |
