关于一个共源放大器带宽的问题

请问大家，问什么一个单管共源放大器的单位带宽（unity bandwidth）大约为gm/Cgs. 能否帮大致计算一下，谢过了

For RS=0,and AV0=-gm*R,w-3dB=-1/(R*Cgs),so GBW=AV0*w-3dB=gm/Cgs.

correct. you can just imagine that when at high frequency, the transistor is like shorted to the ground by the Cgs, and like how we calculate where the pole is, the r for this pole is 1/gm, and the C is Cgs, so it becomes1/[(1/gm)*Cgs]=gm/Cgs

谢谢大家，但是不懂w-3dB=-1/(R*Cgs), 这里R肯定是load的电阻负载，他和Cgs也不在同一个节点上。当然在高频的时候，也不能把Cgd看成短路。因为在饱和区，Cgd小于Cgs。还是有点不明白。谢谢继续指导

简单的模型，直观的开路时常数，直接w-3dB=-1/(R*Cgs)，或者小信号推导看
