If you do a DC analysis, you will see actually there is a small DC current through the feedback resistor. If this resistor is too large that we assume it's open. the input and output bias point of the inverter is very unstable.

遇到过你同样的问题，在大概3v时能正常起振，大于3V就会不起振了，
加大外接的电容起振电压回上升；
如果你的现象也是如上的话，应该就睡你反相器的W/L大了，把它减小就好了，
当也是困惑好久，还好最后搞定了。

我觉得反馈电阻应该越大越好，只要反馈电阻存在，总会提供一个直流通路使得输入输出相等，你说的假设一个极限：认为是断开的，但这个时候这个通路已经被打断了，但实际上只要Rf存在，这个通路就不是断开的
