看starrc user guide看糊涂了，感觉很复杂。
那是不是改itf里的GLOBAL_TEMPRATURE = 25，改成125度或者0度？

看user guide里要定义variation-aware, run starrc with sensitivities, 再定义corner的UDC文件。。。很复杂没看明白。
觉得只是抽不同corner的spef不应该这么复杂，并且itf里也没有

我查看spef文件也有类似疑问；根据starRC ug corner constraint 中所述；global temp必须保证在 all corners 有相同值, 同时又说global temp 会影响 conducter temprature-dependent resis model。operating temp must set in star cmd file to use derating information in the nxgrd file; 个人暂时理解为工具会根据operating temp 计算derating info，其中已经包含对 temprature-dependent resis model 的影响，不用考虑global temp 跟operating temp 相同与否；希望斑竹或者其他大神能够解惑；
