我听说TIEHI/LO cell也是？ decap cell算不？

一般ESD保护，是一个电容并一个电阻，decap是电容，其他负载电阻，就组成一个ESD保护。那TIEHI/LO怎么说的呢？

我又确认了一次，你说的那些cell没有ESD防护的功能
core 里面唯一与ESD“沾边”的是antenna cell

如果真的需要在core里面加ESD防护，会有专门的macro，不是在stdcell里面找

The outputs of the TIEHI and TIELO cells are driven through diffusion to provide isolation from the power and ground rails for better ESD protection. The standard cell abstractmethodology assumes that the TIEHI and TIELO cells are used to tie off any
inputs to power and ground. If these cells are not used and the router is allowed
to drop vias on the power rail, DRC errors or shorts may result.

Decap is composed of a PMOS and NMOS device to form decoupling capacitor between VDD and VSS rails so as to reduce the voltage bounce on the power rails.
