Error found by spectre during AHDL read-in.
ERROR (VACOMP-1008): Cannot compile ahdlcmi module library. Check the log file input.ahdlSimDB//bsource.va.bsource_1.ahdlcmi/Linux/../ahdlcmi.out for details. If the compiler ran out of memory, use 'setenv CDS_CMI_COMPLEVEL 0', and try again. If the reason for the failure was a syntax error, contact your Cadence Customer Support representative with the netlist, log files, behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem.
ERROR (SFE-91): Error when elaborating the instance bsource_1. Simulation should be terminated.
Internal error found in spectre during AHDL read-in, in `PM5.ressppoly_rg':`PM4.xrg', in `gpdk045_pmos2v':`PM4', during hierarchy flattening, during circuit read-in.
Encountered a critical error during simulation. Submit a Service Request via Cadence Online Support, including the netlist, the Spectre log file, the behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem.
FATAL (SPECTRE-18): Segmentation fault.

以上是spectre.out 上显示的错误报告，用MMSIM10.1做仿真的时候完全没有问题的，换成MMSIM12.1的时候就提示错误了！系统是Centos6.3。有人遇到这个问题吗？求解决方法！谢谢！

我自己爬贴的时候有说是shell的问题，可是就是在bash下用的也是一样不行！也有说是需要调用cadence自带的gcc，具体需要怎么调用呢？？

我一直认为，使用64-BIT的操作系统，就没有问题。

您好，那就是不能用了吗？我的也是这个问题，但只有用深N阱的器件是出这个问题，别的器件都可以，改如何解决呢？谢谢您

Install CPP rpm and GCC and copy systemc folder from mmsim10.1 to 12.1 it will work
