calibre打不开

请教各位大神：
1.我原来在虚拟机有装calibre，后面有重装系统和虚拟机，但calibre打不开了 是什么情况？
2.原安装文件不删除，我覆盖重装又提示如下：

这个文件被删了呗

我打开的时候没有flexlm这个文件夹啊
