check the attachment, it's a source file which is used for ef@licgen,  you just need to copy it to 'packs', certainly, you must have the corresponding .lpd file.
Notice : if you want to generate a floating one, don't USE 'ANY' as the hostid, but the correct one which is really lic server, the license should be available for the version that is older than 2011.
You must not use it for business purpose !! Okay, enjoy it now.

postscript: perhaps , you also need the lpd file, now attach it.

It is failed for Verdi 2012.01 & 2012.04.

PS. 2012.01 has patched on this forum.
      But, 2012.04 not yet.
