Responsibilities:              
1、This position will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending investment, acquisition, licensing and other partnership opportunities for GaoZhan. Specifically, the business development associate will work with GaoZhan executives to identify domestic Chinese and international opportunities that meet the company’s operating focus and strategy;
2、These opportunities shall be reviewed and evaluated in terms of investment, acquisition or partnership models.

Qualifications:                  
1、A mature knowledge of the semiconductor industry including at least 8-10 years of experience in a semiconductor company or related industry company;
2、Knowledge of venture capital and/or private equity investment principles is required. Direct investment experience is preferred;
3、Familiarity with legal and accounting principles related to investments, M&A and strategic partnerships is preferred;
4、Ability to operate in a bi-lingual business environment essential;
5、Willingness to ravel to identify deal opportunities essential.
