Manage the product engineers responsiblefor the product development and production ramp of dGPU products. Work withglobal cross functional teams including design, business unit, productmanagement, supply chain, OSAT and various engineering teams to develop testprogram/solution, profiling, bounding box, correlation plan,characterization/circuit sensitivity plan, sample generation, qualification,deep yield analysis to success of product launch. This position requires strongcommunication, product/program management skills and business acumen todrive/deliver critical business milestones.
●Primary Responsibilities:

1. Drive foundry process improvements, process changes, retargeting to improvetest yield, performance, variation.
2. Work with cross functional team to allocate yield improvement opportunity,drive for ATE/SLT/OSAT yield/process improvement.
3. Manage product ramp to yield entitlement. Drive margin issues withoperations and development teams.
4. Management of product development activities which include driving productperformance improvement (yield, quality, etc.) and cost reduction

5. Manage the introduction of new products and the ramp to volumemanufacturing.
6. Manage the engineering activities during new product development includingproduct definition, performance characterization, qualification, and release toproduction.

7. Lead cross functional teams and maintain schedules on multiple projectswhile interfacing with other engineering disciplines and various levels ofmanagement.
8. Work with the Manufacturing, Design, Quality, and Failure Analysis teams inthe disposition of product excursions and manage cases through a materialreview board.
9. Train, develop and retain technical competency.
10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
●Must Have:
-Education: Bachelor degree or above in engineering related field
-Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
-Experience: 8~12 years' industrial experience with 5~8 years engineeringrelevant experience
