最重要的是那顆電阻的精密度～～～那顆電阻的LAYOUT方式要用誤差最小的方式進行布局～且不能用串接的方是進行～～～

第一次我的帖子翻这么多页。

前面几位TX的回复很好。
现在回过头想想，设计的时候往往捡了芝麻丢了西瓜。
也就是说往往注重了res，bjt的匹配，没有注意引起vref输出值变化的最重要的事amp的offset。
10mv的Vos可能会引起输出100mv的偏差，切记current mirror和输入管要大尺寸的mos。
bit不管6：1还是8：1还是10：1，周围放dummy都能匹配好。
温度系数那些是仿真中和paper上的事。

8:1 BJT ratio is a good trade-off between area and power consumption. Higher ratio increases area while lower ratio increases the current mirror ratio for the same delta_Vbe, and hence larger power consumption. Also 8:1 could have common-centroid layout.

bandgap的op要画在整个layout的中心对称轴上，共质心
8：1的bjt画成3*3的，把m=1的画在中心
电流镜match，两边加dummy
电阻match，两边加dummy

电流镜源的匹配，op的匹配，减小offset，pnp做成3*3，注意走线的对称，基本就这些了
