SE 环境设置问题

各位大虾帮我看看，小弟刚学SE
在导入.lef 文件时会报出以下error，帮忙解决一下
** EXCHANGEFORMATS-USER-113  ERROR **
Cannot create database because:
db lock create failed, conflicting lock file is : LBRARY.dtp ONE WRITE ACCESS allowed:.
** CADENCE-USER-53  WARNING **
Input source will abort at next read due to limit of 1 PROBLEMs.

上面的问题解决了，但是由遇到了新问题，在导入时钟.gcf文件的时有以下错误
14:22:40 * CTLF : * Unable to read timing library file /export/home/cdsuser/work/yuming/gcf/ctlf-190ct.ctlf.
** CADENCE-USER-53  WARNING **
Input source will abort at next read due to limit of 1 PROBLEMs.
** INPUTS-USER-128  ERROR **
Could not load the Timing Libraries, please check warning messages.

是因为路径填写得不正确么，那正确的应该是怎样的。
