help to create libraries in IC compiler

I tried to start using IC compiler. but had hard time making it work.please help on the starting point of create libraries.
I have all the outputs from Design Compiler runs:
1. design database: *.ddc
2. design top hierarchical netlist: *.vg
3. design constraint file: *.sdc
4. I have all the standard cell libraries from vendor, tsmc, *.db, *.lef, CEL, FRAM
5. on chip variant *.tuplus, and *.tf from vendor

Please help
