problem of syn tcad05.10 start

after installing tcad05.10 version as the way synopsys recommended,i link the installation dir to "/usr/cad/tcad".
and only "export PATH=$PATH:/usr/cad/tcad/bin".
and my lic file is generated by "synopsys sss keygen".
when i type "tv","tlayout" or "tsuprem4" and so on in my terminal,it says that
"the lic server doesnt support the feature : TV , LO , S4 ..."
but i have added these features to "synopsys.scr" and make "PACKAGE EFA_Synopsys_24 snpslmd ...".

question 1:
is there something wrong with my tcad05.10 installation ?
question 2:
is my lic file generated correctly?  
as i know,many people use "tmald" as the "deamon",but i got a "snpslmd" deamon through  "synopsys sss keygen".

i'll very appreciate you if you give some advice.
