Firmware Engineer in NXP Shanghai

Location:
Pudong, Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Develop/maintain Firmware (focus on system boot) with high quality for i.MX portfolio.

• Verify system boot firmware in RTL environment before silicon arrival.

• Analyze, investigate and resolve issues together with other teams.

• Review SoC reference manual, write reference manual for system boot.

• Actively support key customers.

Requirements:

• Master degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science or relevant disciplines.

• Familiar with assembly (ARM) or C programming.

• 0~2 years’ embedded software development experience including device drivers and consumer embedded applications.

• Experience in one of following area is a plus:

o Storage and connectivity, such as USB, SD, NAND, SATA, SPI, etc.

o Verilog or VHDL.

o Cryptography.

o RTOS

• Experience with ARM architecture is preferred.
