而且发现，板子上电以后，platprom XCF128X温度就很高，我是新手，希望有高手指点迷津，求帮助

JTAG扫描不到设备，配置芯片温度高，推测是不是你连线有问题，或者哪里短接了，导致大电流，查查硬件电路的问题。

建议检测JTAG电路！有没有短路或者隔离电路，一定是JATG的问题。就那几个引脚，量一量！
