Tasks & Responsibilities ·
Establish trust and relationships with key business group sponsors and internal management. ·
Develop executive relationships with key target customers. ·
Qualify sales team, and develop a unified account management practice and process. ·
Execute above account management process in a disciplined way. ·
Lead and work with application team effectively.
Qualifications & Skills ·
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). ·
An ideal candidate should be a current active senior sales leader or marketing leader in China mobility market, with existing personal relationships with target customers. ·
Proven record in US semiconductor companies/technology companies. ·
Great in leading sales team. ·
Balanced person, who can work smoothly with various groups inside the company.
