Key Duties / responsibilities
Responsible for the regional Service Operations team
Responsible for the ‘in time zone execution of Engineering Systems service operation.
Responsible for Incident management and resolution ‘in time zone’.
Is the Service Operation escalation point ‘in time zone’.
Responsible for reporting to Service Owners and senior management about operational incidents and problems.
Responsible for assisting the Service Owners with vendor relationship management ‘in region’.
Responsible along with other Regional Operations Managers and Service Owners for a consistent handover and continuity in Incident Management and Service Operation.

Required Skills and Experience
Excellent customer service attitude and written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
Proven experience in leading operational IT teams
ITIL certified
Excellent leadership and person management skill
Excellent team working skills
Experience in the use of data and metrics led process and service improvement
Capacity to work under high pressure
Highly motivated to learn
Autonomous
Desirable Skills and Experience
Exposure to the semiconductor design process is beneficial though not required.
Experience of High Performance Compute environments
Experience of working in a follow the sun support model
Experience of Enterprise class storage provision
Experience of wide area networking technologies
