Overall responsible:
Responsible for delivering CIP solutions and proactive productivity solutions.

Responsibilities and Scope:
-Gathers, validates, analyzes, and communicates equipment performance for assigned installed base.
-Identifies and communicates revenue opportunities & product improvement opportunities.
-Closely work with Account Team and customer to ensure on time delivery of CIP and productivity results.

Competencies:
-High level of system technical expertise.
-Excellent analytical skills.
-Excellent technical presentation skills.
-Strong ability to influence in a cross-functional environment.
-Excellent understanding and ability to apply SEMI Standards to equipment performance data.

Requirements:
-BS Degree (or higher).
-Minimum 7 years experience preferably on Lam equipment.
-Expert level process or service experience.
-Strong understanding of Semiconductor Fab Operation.
