简要说下项目：xilinx FPGA zynq 作为root complex ，标准raid卡 hignpoint 4520 作为endpoint ，RAID卡插在xilinx板子上。
问题：我用ise自带的IP生成的PCIE核（root complex模式），下载到FPGA中，用chipscope抓一些信号的值如上表所示，链路状态机一直在polling状态，TXDATA也发送了TS序列，但是RAID卡没有发送TS序列，分析可能是RAID卡没检测到FPGA，导致没发序列。请问什么原因会导致这种情况。另外我插上xilinx ml605开发板替代RAID卡，下载ENDPOINT模式的IP核到ML605。ZYNQ和ML605链路是能建立起来的。
另外把RAID卡插在X86电脑上，发现此卡是能正常工作的。
下图是chipscope抓的一些信号，请大神帮助下。

楼主的问题，我没有碰到过。但项目我挺感兴趣的，是否是想在zynq上实现大容量存储？项目的指标要求是多少，比如磁盘容量多大，速度多快等。zynq准备跑什么操作系统，后面RAID卡的驱动问题怎么解决？

收的一端没有收到一定数目的sequence，可能的原因很多，要具体来看。两边的链路宽度是多少，一样的吗

LTSSM從detect到polling主要是等到rx detection完成 進入polling.active如果沒有等到TS1 24ms就會往polling.compliance去

我同意你的想法 RAID卡應該是還卡在Detect 沒檢測到FPGA PCIe host 也就是說還沒完成rx detection 我懷疑FPGA提早到polling階段

在intel cpu曾經有過這樣一個errata
cpu的pcie rx lane因為過電保護電路造成錯誤判斷rx detection 提早進階到polling.active

如果是這個問題 可以考慮把PCIe端口上的#PERST接出來用GPIO來控制
一旦#PERST發生 兩邊的LTSSM都會被強迫回到Detect
