Manage existing touch customers in conjunction with sales
Win new Touch projects and customers
Understand Touch applications and solutions
Manage complex Touch projects
Advise on competitor activity in region
Implement strategic pricing policies
Manage local pricing requests
Ensure distributors are trained to correct levels and feedback accordingly
Ensure coherent & professional communication with customer peer groups
Disseminate technical information & inputs from customers as appropriate
Support existing products
Meeting customers on and off site as required
Adhere to all prevalent company design rules (h/w &s/w) and QA guidelines
Propose options for new product development resulting from customer feedback and requests
To acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant  products and their relative applications
Participate in team design reviews as appropriate
Other duties as and when assigned
Mandatory Skills
Ability to conduct a first phrase technical suggestion for product design/ defective analysis at customer
Possess capacitive touch applications & microcontroller applications experience
Ability to communicate effectively with multi-levels of internal and external interfaces and regular travel national and international required
Education
Degree in Electronics Engineering/ Science, preferably having a MBA degree

Experience
7-15 years' field sales, field application or Marketing experience

Staff PnR/CAD Engineer 上海


Shanghai, China

Responsibilities
· IC Place and Route for designs up to a few million gates in deep sub micron technology, with advanced low power flow; Timing, Power, IR drop and Noise analysis
· DRC/LVS command file, rule deck and chip tape-out handling and support;
· IC-CAD tool and design flow support
Mandatory Skills
· Place and Route in deep sub micron technology; timing, power, IR drop and noise analysis
· In depth understanding of IC layout and command files, IC process flow
· Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and ICCAD tools
· Good knowledge of digital and analog IC design flow
· Scripting language and file/database conversion techniques
· Fluent in English
Preferred Skills
· IC hand-crafting layout design
· VLSI design and verification
· Library design and characterization
Education
University Degree of Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, Master degree preferred
Experience
· 8+ years of working experience, 2+ experience in US or Europe based IC Company.
· 3+ years of experience in Place and Route
· 3+ years of experience in IC-CAD, CAE or tape-out handling

Senior MCU Applications Engineer

Key responsibilities/duties:
1. Customer application support, development of and understanding of customer applications in embedded programming languages (C- and ASSEMBLY, primarily)
2. Hardware design of MCU (ARM & AVR) application solution.
3. Provide hardware related design service. Develop demo, prototype as requested by internal & external customers.
4. Provide technical training for internal and external customer.
5. Generate application notes in both English and Chinese Language.
6. Review technical documents.
7. Provide the technical interface to customers and sales force during prospecting, evaluation, design-in and post-sales phases.
8. Assist Product Engineering in the analysis of field returns (FA and RMA).

Directly, reports to the local MCU Application Manager, Shanghai
Titles of position that report to this position:

Key relationships / interfaces:
Internal – Local Team, Asian Sales Force, Factory Team in Norway
External – Customers
Required skills
1. Firm hardware design knowledge in both analog & digital field. Experience with MCU is a benefit.
2. Firm PCB layout knowledge. Familiar with PCB design tools (Altium design)
3. Basic embedded C-programming knowledge is a must. Experience of  MCU is a benefit.
4. EMC knowledge and experience.
5. Must have excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
Language skills:
o English fluent - conversation, reading and writing.
Relevant Experience:
5+ years’ experience in hardware design of application development based on MCU
Experience with customer interaction is a benefit.
Qualifications
·         Bachelor- / Masters-degree in Electrical Engineering, Cybernetic, and Informatics are an absolute requirement.

职位职能:  FAE 现场应用工程师  集成电路IC设计/应用工程师
职位描述:
Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to technically support the sales team to do pre-&post-sale work and to be able bring in current market information & customer information back to business unit.
Key Responsibilities /Job Duties:
The candidate will do technical support for key accounts customers and/or channel partners' & customers.
To provide technical support in all phases of the design-in process and at last to gain the design-win.
To assist the sales team to do pre-sales work (field sales support), customer training, prototype &demo board building , technical product presentation, troubleshoot in field, software programming, write up applications note, conduct workshop , etc.
To be able to run and manage multiple customer projects with aggressive schedules in a fast paced environment.
To provide key feedback to business development group or BU on our  next generation products.
Any other duties as and when assigned
Key relationships/interfaces:
Internal-Local China Sales Team ,Channel Sales Team, Technical Support
External-Key accounts, distributors, customers
Requirement & Experience & Qualifications:
Creative, critical and analytical reasoning person
Degree in EE with minimum 5 years field technical support experience. Solid & sound knowledge in system hardware and software support for consumer, industrial and telcom sectors.
Experience in Assembly and C programming is a must. To be familiar with 8, 16 or 32 bit RISC microcontrollers architecture. DSP programming would be an advantage.
Development tool experience with GNU or like systems. JTAG debugger experience is a must.
Experience with applications at consumer electronics, automotive and industrial control circuitry.
Familiar with Microsoft office
Visio, Schematic entry and PCB layout application software is a must
