Job Description
• Prepares test programs and diagnostic programs for R&D activities.
• Designs experiments to collect device information and analyzes the data to find root causes and make improvement proposals.
• Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Education / Years of Experience
• Requires BS/BA degree or above with 5 or more years of related experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to develop customized programs proficiently to debug the device for the root cause.
• Solid data analysis skills and skill to present the findings accurately and concisely in an organized way.
• Experience in Magnum tester equip is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
