NO.16-SW Development Tools IDE Team Leader（Shanghai）

We are looking for a talented individual with solid Java and C/C++ programming language skills to lead our Shanghai IDE team.  The team designs, implements, debugs and tests complex, multi-tier, cross-platform software applications on the Eclipse based CrossCore Embedded Studio IDE and related embedded development tools technology for Analog Devices Blackfin and SHARC processors.
As part of the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) team, the Shanghai team leader will have responsibilities across many different parts of the product line including interfacing with user interface, debugger, system communication, code generation and build/test engine as well as with *** hardware emulation and software simulators. The team leader will also be willing and able to take ownership as an individual contributor for maintaining and enhancing existing CrossCore Embedded Studio and VisualDSP++ modules (in both Java and C++).
As the leader of a team of 2-4 developers, this person should also have strong leadership qualities with excellent mentoring and prioritization skills.
The candidate will report to the software design manager in Nashua, NH and work with development/quality engineers in Nashua, New Hampshire, USA, Norwood Massachusetts, USA, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK and Shanghai, China.

BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or other relevant discipline
At least 4 years of experience as part of meaningful software development lifecycle
Strong leadership abilities
Demonstrated skills and track record of successful Java programming (J2SE v6 or greater) in developing desktop applications, along with a strong desire for learning new technologies.
Familiarity with the Eclipse development environment
Strong object oriented programming (OOP) skills
Working knowledge of C and C++
Fast learner and team player
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Groovy is a plus
Prior experience developing Eclipse plugins is a BIG plus
