Responsibilities:
- Leader of developing and maintaining XX’s relationships within key Chinese Gov’t organizations - SG, CEPRI, SG-EPRI and Provincial Utilities
- Direct establishment of relationships with mid-level managers in SG, CERPI, SG-EPRI, and UB
- Utilize XX team (Managers, Directors, and VPs) to develop higher level relationships
- Refine and execute market engagement strategy for PLC
- Involves coordination with China Standards engagement team, field trial team and development team
- Identification of channel partners, negotiation of major contract points and securing channel partner’s commitment to XX PLC solution.
- Maintain relationship though partner’s module and system development, and high volume production ramp
Qualification:
- Be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new things and work in a developing technology area.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Good communication skill and team work ability.
- 5+ experience and good understanding on communication systems market or AMR market in China.
- Experience of business management and knowledge of executive selling.
- Team leading experience is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
- Be able to travel often both inside on outside China mainland.
