EDI9.1的几个基本概念，没搞懂，问下！

碰到几个问题：
1、 在EDI的help下拉菜单里点击后报错，很郁闷，这个是如何解决的？
2、 还有就是cell的放置几个属性，比如fenced,fixed，是什么意思，一直没有搞清楚区别？
3、cell还有设置成guide的，这个guide是什么意思，和partition，hard core有啥区别？

第一个报的错如下：
error:unable to show help document:error(helpAPI-020):server is not responding The Cadence Help API.Cannot read from the help application process.check your process table and kill any running Cadence Help process.

1，相关文档没有安装全
2，cell或macro fixed是不可动，位置固定；module为fenced，意为所有的module设计只能在这块区域内进行，其它module的也不能place到这个module区域来
3，问的问题怎么觉得很乱

guide就是module， 如果你把module 放进core里面，选个位置，就是物理上的guide

guide是最轻微的物理约束(对于module）， 实际上 cell  place 有可能出这个范围，
因此用的意义不大， 很少用

region稍微严格些，自己不出，别人可以进，
fence最严格， 自己不能出，别人不能进，

region，fence用的多，比如约束某个module的物理位置在哪里，比如clkgen
