大家好！

向高手求助一个问题，为什么一般情况下说，DCDC的效率要比LDO的高？可以从工作原理上帮忙分析一下吗？

think about the power transferring from input to output. For ldo case, input power Pin=Vin*Iin, and output power Pout=Vout*Iout, while Iin=Iout, and Vout<Vin, your Pout<Pin. For DC-DC case, the power is stored in reactive devices, thus with ideal components, theoretically no power is lost when transferred from input to output. The difference between these two is basically straight physics.
