Justification of application:Shanghai DTV-SOC front-end team needs a leader due to the recent organization change.The original director of the department is promoted to new position.

Job Duties:Responsible for all aspects of SOC digital design.including microarchitecture,logic design,synthesis,and verification,provide leadership to a growing group of 20-30 engineers and engineering managers,Lead the team to develop multiple products through all stages of the development process,Continuously improve methodologies,processes and procedures.

Qualificatione: (Education,Experience,etc.)

MSEE and 8+years experience in semiconductor design management,at least 2 year at director level for a group of 15 or greater.

Demonstrated success in delivering products in a timely fashion.Results oriented with good process management.

Working knowledge of industry standard logic design and verification. Understanding of Digital TV controller chips.
