Hspicerf 2007仿真問題

如題 按下simulate鍵之後 出現 Parsing 和 Parsing:56000 lines 後來看了.lis檔 裡面的訊息是  ************************************************************************

那個error訊息搞了半天無法解決 想請問一下 是我license的問題 還是那方面的問題 煩請賜教 謝謝

语法错误,另外的提示有参数没定义

检查一下每个语句后的分号是不是都加上了，还有就是模型里面的沟道长度和宽度没有定义。

可以請教樓上的朋友 要加什麼分號? 我的spi已經檢查是正確 可以跑trancient 沒有問題 可是跑phase noise就產生錯誤
