请问各位大侠，specifyLockupElement 命令在什么情况下使用呢？
这个lockup element 指的是什么cell啊？用这个命令的目的又什么呢?

看man：  
lockup cell是 scanchain上 2个clock domain/phase 经过的cell，特殊单元吧，

       specifyLockupElement

SYNTAX
              specifyLockupElement

              {-cell <leafCellName> | -inst <instName>}

              -in <ftname>

              -out <ftname>

DESCRIPTION
       Specifies  a cell or instance as a lockup element. Lockup elements are present in scan chains where the chain crosses between two different clock domains or clock phases.
       Use this command after running placement.

       Parameters

             -cell <leafCellName>

                                                 Specifies the cell to be a lockup element.

           -in <ftname>                          Specifies the name of the scan input.

           -inst <instName>                      Specifies the instance to be a lockup element.

           -out <ftname>                         Specifies the name of the scan output.
