smic13mmrf spectre仿真时出现错误，整体显示如下，红色部分是其错误显示，希望各位大侠帮忙看看是什么原因造成的。

这好像是SMIC电阻model有两种造成的，一种是Verilog-A，还有一种好像就是电阻。一个是spectre仿真，还有一个我们用于Hsim仿真，也报过这个错。

   你是怎么解决的呢？是按照上面说的用Verilog-A文件代替SpectreHDL文件，具体是怎么操作的，望指教！
