我最近在学习DCDC，看视频里面的diode的原理图，我照着画了，但是仿真的时候一直报错，有人之前做过diode的symbol吗，请教一下过程。

错误变成这样： ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 23: The instance `D0' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `subcircuit'. Either include the file containing the definition of `subcircuit', or define `subcircuit' before running the simulation.
Warning from spectre during hierarchy flattening.

需要创建自己的 diode spectre model
spectre -h diode
e.g. mydiode.scs
