Both Cox and W*L has little variation compared to Gm or R 's .
The compensation effect may can't give a better results than RC.
How can you get a constant Gm or R? I met a likely task, thank you!~

The power consumption maybe too large~

If we can't give a low frequency constant RC or C/I, I'm afraid it maybe harder to design a higher one...

By the way, you can just using counter to trimming your frequency if you needed.
