This position focus on modem protocol related support, resolving UE functionality and performance issues in those fields, as well as resolving crash and reset caused by or happened in modem functionality

Help OEM on modem software training/customization on need basis

-
Manage customer expectation and achieve high customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

-
Play consultant/expert role, trouble shooting, identify problem reported by customers, analysis and report issues to developer team, help developer team to narrow down the root cause and fix problems

-
Manage dedicated customer support team for key customer support

-
Working with cross region and cross functional team for escalation issue

Skills/Experience      

-    Deep understanding on wireless communication, familiar with 3gpp standard including LTE/WCDMA/HSPA/HSPA+, especially comprehensive expertise on LTE

-    Strong experience in C programming and embedded software debugging skills especially crash debug skill on real time operating systems

-    Good English communication and interpersonal skills

-    High motivation, strong self-learning ability

-    Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team from various disciplines and at various locations

-    10+ years’ experience in wireless communication/embedded system development.
