vcs能安装到RHEL3上否？

vcs版本：vcs_vX-2005[1].06-SP1_redhat30.tar
LinuxOS：RHEL3

按说vcs和Redhat的版本非常对应，但是安装输入“vcs  top.v design.v”之后出现：
“Invalid parameter.
   Make sure that the right VCS libraries are being linked in.”
疑惑中，郁闷中！
还请指教一二，不胜感激！

when i type "vcs top.v design.v" in a terminal,and the error appears:
“Invalid parameter.
Make sure that the right VCS libraries are being linked in.”

refer to my license server log:
DENIED: "VCSCompiler_Net <ibm@localhost.localdomain> (license server doesnt support the feature (-400,500),contact synopsys support centre ...)
but i can find the "VCSCompiler_Net" feature in the license server log file.

pls help me,and thank you very much !

先确保安装了版本合适的GCC

肯定没问题，我们就是这么用的

in fact ,there is something wrong with my license file .
it should be generated by "sss key gen" and it should have enough features of vcs .
