1. 是我原理图上的C113吗？从手册上看是需要连电容的。

2.6脚是MOD-DEF0，从手册上看，这个引脚在SFP内部是接地的，然后外面是直接连FPGA，然后拉高，如果有SFP插进来，这个引脚电压就会为0，说明有设备在了。

第二句话你看看，no connect。它是有两种供电方式。

if LOS is high you are not driving laser on remote end or optical cable wrong
make sure other end is ON

Also check power pins L3/L4/L5/L6 to your SFP cage
Is the U11/U8 pattern correct on the PCB ?

strictly you need 1000-X not SGMII but that's another issue not related

one other thing - is this optical SFP or "RJ45 SFP" ?

on Copper RJ45 SFP's the LOS does not work exactly as one can expect, it's either always ON or wired to internal PHY link status

How can i drive the laser on remote end? Two PCBs are connected with SFP which is powered by PCB, and does it means that the end is on?
RJ-45 SFP is been tested and two PCBs can communicate with each other. When i change the RJ-45 sfp with optical sfp, the two PCBs can not work.
