怎么这么说,RFIC/MMIC都在朝CMOS方向发展,CMOS PA也做的相当不错,BROADCOM将要推出CMOS GSM EDGE PA.

It is not true.

Now the situation is those big companies have very good products in the market and the technology is mature. so it is not hot anymore and there is not many opportunities.

Recently Marvell announced that they developed an ultra-low-power single chip for WLAN using 90nm technology.

从性能来说，CMOS不是模拟、RF电路的最好的选择。
但前面也有人说过了，从生产成本和使用成本（功耗）来说，CMOS工艺是最榜的。

RF IC的挑战多多！！！
