mark一下，这种仿真方法真的很有用，尤其对于带latch的比较器仿真offset的时候，可以很明确的得到翻转电压

这样做完之后，运行ADE时，提示Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.和一堆 ERROR (SFE-868): "input.scs" 8: Can not open input file `/home/tqb/cadence/Learn_prj/smic18mmrf_oa_cds_1P6M_2010_1_4_2.1/smic18mmrf/../models/spectre/ms018_v1p9_spe.lib'.
