Skills:
Creative thinking to solve problems demanding higher performance, lower power and small chip size
Both analog and digital design background preferred.
Familiar with high speed interface functions and electrical specs such as DDR-3/LP-DDR2 PHY, USB, HDMI, Ethernet et al.
Strong communication, presentation and debug/problem solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in teams and across functions and levels

Experience:
Minimum: Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience.
Design spec and architecture definition.
Direct design experience in products with highspeed interfaces.
Deep sub-micron process design experience at 90nm/65nm/40nm or more advanced nodes.
A track record of developing high volume commercial products
Working knowledge of industry best practices.
