Verdi2009 安装遇到的问题

我用的是ubuntu的系统。启动verdi的时候很快就退出图形界面。运行lmgrd 时候出现下面的错误                          9:45:40 (lmgrd) Can't make directory /usr/tmp/.flexlm, errno: 2(No such file or directory)
shcet@shcet-ThinkPad-SL:~$ 9:45:40 (lmgrd) Can't make directory /usr/tmp/.flexlm, errno: 2(No such file or directory)
                                          9:45:40 (lmgrd) Can't open /usr/tmp/.flexlm/lmgrdl.10731, errno: 2
                                          license manager: can't initialize:
For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing documentation,
available at "www.acresso.com".
9:45:40 (lmgrd) Can't remove statfile /usr/tmp/.flexlm/lmgrdl.10731: errno No such file or directory

是license破解不成功？？还是要自己建一些路径。

         麻烦各位大神帮忙解决下

问题已经解决。自己建一个usr/tmp目录。
