Business Development
- Create awareness for the benefits of using XX’s technologies (specifically in the domains of imaging, vision, low-power always-on, audio/voice)
- Collect feedback and information about new requirements and trends in end
- Including fabless company as well as OEM (Lenovo, Huawei, Oppo, Xiaomi, ZTE, TCL, Changhong, Skyworks, Hisense, Haier etc.)
- Some of these license the DSP directly, others directly affect the decision made by the IC vendors
Brand Awareness
- Attending conferences and representing XX
- Direct relationship with the local media, editors and analysts
- Local Chinese IC organizations
Relationship with Operators
- Mainly China Mobile, both handsets and base-stations
- Create awareness to XX and discover new opportunities
Chinese government and industry grants
- Discover who applied for what, who won the bids, and discover any new opportunities accordingly.
Local university programs
Local partners in various applications
Skills
- Experience in marketing positions
- Good verbal and analytic skills, well-articulated personality
- Forms good relationship with customers and partners
- Excellent English
- Technical background include DSP, vision & imaging applications, semiconductors, semi IP
