Job description
- Responsible for holistic supplier concept design
- Coordinate with plants and purchasing department to drive concept implementation
- Track project progressing and results and termly present to management
- Provide consultancy in regard to planning & fulfilment processes
- Competence field owner Packaging & competence management
- Lead in packaging concept & process development and optimization
- Standardization of packaging material, packaging vendor (together with indirect purchasing department).
- Platform for packaging themes, organization of packaging forums.
- Management of packaging database and thus associated process design.

Required knowledge competencies and attributes
- Bachelor's degree or above, Supply Chain related major is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years logistics related experience including at least 3 years experience in relevant area. Company's plant logistics
experience is preferred;
- Rich experience in project management and supply chain solution design;
- Knowledge of ERP operation, SAP knowledge preferred;
- Logic and systematic thinking;
- Strong presentation and coordination skill;
- Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
