Job Description
- Responsible for business development and driving the Computing DC-DC segment marketing strategy and application roadmap for Infineon digital power solution
- Manage China Power Management Discretes business to exceed growth target
- Align with BU for implementation of regional marketing strategies and go-to-market strategy
- Define and develop new market segment for existing products
- Work with HQ product groups to define new products in expanding the business coverage
- Interface with the regional account teams and drive key customers - ODMs, OEMs, Design House…etc

Qualification
- University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic Eng., Major in Power Electronics preferred
- Minimum +7 years experiences in Computing DC-DC marketing related or electronics / Semiconductor industry
- Experienced in formulating marketing plan
- Prior technical experiences in embedded industry is a plus
- Proactive to work with internal & external team to synergize the result and drive segment growth
- Good presentation & communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure
- Openminded and flexible to work with customers
- Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese, and Good PC Skills
