Overview
This FAE will be based in Shanghai, joining an elite FAE organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to *****’s customers.  As part of our dynamic FAE team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and *****'s overall position in the semiconductor market. This position will have high visibility within all departments of ***** and requires account ownership and accountability.
Reporting structure
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Director of the FAE team.
Tasks and responsibilities
·         Support and provide coverage to regional key communication customers for technical initiative, discussion and debugging activities.
·         Work closely with account executives to facilitate sale plan/goal at desired customer from technical perspective.
·         Provide technical support and consult to sale team and customer to enable key project design in/win – focus on RF subsystem but covering power trace, interfacing and other products.
·         Bridge customer and business units for product promotion and product definition.
·         Provide lab and onsite support and debugging to solve customer technical issues.
·         Win projects and socket to enable account sales plan.
·         Gather and summarize customer technical requirement for industry trend analysis and technical discussions.

Qualifications and skills
·         BSEE or MSEE with at least 3 years experiences in communication system design, especially RF subsystem.
·         Knowledge to power product and power trace in communication system is a plus.
·         Good knowledge on wireless communication architecture is required, familiar with RF budgeting, analysis and debugging is must.
·         Good interpersonal skills, proactive & self-starter.
·         Ability to handle multiple customers / projects simultaneously.
·         Fluent in writing and speaking English.
