KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and executing complex engagements with multiple OEMs, OS/application software enablement, and semiconductor partners and in defining the value to the XX Partnership.
Be the Mobile Computing expert for China
Own the China strategy and tactics in order to develop the Mobile Computing market and communicate progress on monthly bases.
Help deliver business at key partners for XX by working closely with XX’s sales and segment teams and key enablement partners.
Understanding XX products to a sufficiently technical level to explain the benefits and make recommendations to enable competitive devices.
Providing regular updates to internal XX personnel
Creation and execution of marcomm plans
Promote and represent XX at public & industry events
Build a strong relationship with China based representatives of OS, support software, and XX semiconductor partners.
Work closely with XX’s Software Strategic Alliances team to make sure XX is enabling the best software and OEM issues/problems are captured and tracked.
Be the China security advocate on XX’s security technology, help Security team to develop business.
Education & Qualifications
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Essential Skills and Experience
Prior experience in selling system level products and services to technology companies requiring complex strategic, solution selling skills.
Ideally a good understanding of mobile computing market
5 + years in Marketing/Relationship Management
Software or semiconductor technical knowledge
Good overall knowledge of all XX products or similar
Interpersonal Skills
Dynamic, self-starting individual with the ability to excite and instil confidence in Partners in supporting XX technology.
Excellent communication and team-working skills
Excellent presentation skills with ability to clearly express technical concepts and the XX value proposition
This role requires global travel to support customer meetings, conferences and sales training. Expect 30% or more of travel.
