Without A & B,  Id/Vid=1/[2*(Rs+1/gm)],
If you want Id/Vid~1/(2*Rs), then 1/gm ->0, gm->infinit. It's very difficult to achieve this.

With A & B, Id/Vid=1/[2*(Rs + (1/gm // rds))],  rds is output impedance of A (or B)
If we can make rds as small as possible, then (1/gm // rds) -> 0,  so Id/Vid -> 1/2*Rs

How to make rds->0, use feedback!

Besides, there is another advantage to have A (or B) circuit;

It make the output impedance of node-A (and node-B) small due to feedback.

This feature is good for trans-conductance amplifier.

非常感谢你的回复。诚如你所说，两个N管的电流是被镜像到后级然后推挽输出。我一开始也认为这么做是为了增大线性范围，但是我把N管去掉，对运放做了一些简单的修改，使之也能推挽输出。在消耗相同电流的情况下，这种有局部反馈的运放线性范围与没有反馈的情况几乎一样，所以我又有点怀疑了！
请问下这种结构有什么资料介绍过或者用过吗？如果有，请告知，谢谢！

谢谢你的回复~~对于回答，有一点疑问，带有负反馈的结构，我推算的Gm是1/(1/gm+Rs//Ron)。与你帖中给出的Gm不一致，能告知你的推算方法吗？
